This dataset, containing R9 nanopore sequencing data of E. coli, was generated for the study "Comparison of R9.4.1/Kit10 and R10/Kit12 Oxford Nanopore flowcells and chemistries in bacterial genome reconstruction" (https://doi.org/10.1099/mgen.0.000910, Sanderson et al., 2023). It was originally made publicly available under the accession ERR9127551 and has been used for benchmarking and evaluating computational approaches to analyse nanopore data:
